Join Our Caring Community - Become a Volunteer with Care4Kiddos

It’s easy to join and volunteer!

Step 1: Sign Up for a Team

Choose one, or more, of the C4K teams you want to volunteer for. Make sure you read over the description of what each volunteer for their specific team's role is so you choose the team(s) best fit for you!

Complete the specific registration form for the team(s) you would like to volunteer for.

Step 2: Receive Your First Assignment From Your C4K Team Lead

After we receive and process your volunteer registration, you'll receive a welcome message with instructions on joining the appropriate group to receive service hour assignments within 10 days. Take some time to get to know your team leader(s), as they will be there to guide and support you throughout your volunteering journey!

Step 3: Submit Hours for Approval

Upon completing your volunteer work, follow the given instructions to submit all necessary materials. Once done, kindly request approval for your hours from your team head as indicated.

  • ARTS & CRAFTS TEAM

The Arts team is responsible for creating cards (both handmade and E-cards) and other crafts that we send to domestic violence shelters.

Volunteers on this team don't need to have advanced art skills, but they should be enthusiastic about putting in their best efforts to design heartfelt cards and crafts for the patients.

  • FUNDRAISING TEAM

Our Fundraising team plays a crucial role in generating funds for Care4Kiddos. This team actively engages in C4K fundraisers to maximize the financial support for our programs.

Volunteers on this team should possess strong networking skills and know how to leverage their connections effectively to boost C4K's donations.

  • EVENTS TEAM

The Events team infuses joy and creativity into brightening survivors' days. Members may create uplifting videos, join game nights, or participate in all C4K events. They also advocate for domestic abuse legislation and raise awareness through petitions. Fundraising opportunities are available too.

Members should be communicative, collaborative, and deeply passionate about driving change in domestic abuse policies.
